I want to launch Android apps as soon as possible, so I need a brand-new Google Play Developer account created from scratch and fully handed over to me. I do not yet have a Gmail address for it, so part of the job is setting up a fresh Gmail inbox, registering the developer profile, paying the one-time $25 Play Console fee, and making sure everything is verified and ready for uploads under standard default settings—nothing fancy beyond what Google normally requires. Once the Console shows the account in good standing and able to accept APK/AAB uploads, you’ll pass me the Gmail credentials and any recovery information. I will release payment in one milestone of $100 total, which already covers the $25 Google fee you’ll pay during registration. Deliverable checklist: • New Gmail address created and ownership transferred to me • Google Play Developer account opened, $25 fee paid, verified, and active • Console login details and recovery options shared securely • Quick walkthrough or screenshots confirming the account can upload apps That’s all I need; no special configurations or extra services.
