I need a lightweight tracking portal built entirely with free Google tools so my customers can pull up their own cargo information without ever seeing anyone else’s data. The front end will be a clean Google Site containing a simple form where users enter just two values—Shipping Mark and Invoice Number—and then immediately see the status of that shipment. Here is the workflow I have in mind: 1. A Google Sheets file sits behind the scenes as the single source of truth, holding columns for Shipping Mark, Invoice No, Customer, Phone, Origin, Mode, Box Count, Status, and Progress. 2. The Google Site form sends the two keyed fields to an Apps Script lookup that queries the sheet and returns only the matched row, rendered neatly on the same web page. 3. Permissions are locked down so staff can edit the sheet, but visitors can do nothing more than search their own record; they should never see the raw sheet. What I need from you: • An architectural plan spelling out folder structure, sheet layout, Site pages, and any Apps Script functions. • Full implementation of the Google Sheet (with placeholder data so I can test). • Creation of the Google Site, branded but minimal, with the live lookup form embedded. • Proper permission configuration and a short how-to so I can add or change data later. • A quick screen-record or screenshots demonstrating it working end-to-end.
