I need a structured, online training program that takes me from the first notice of a tender through to the final submission, using live demonstrations on the GeM portal whenever possible. The priority is the end-to-end bid management process, and within that, I want to drill deepest into document preparation and submission—how to collect, format, check for compliance, and package everything so it sails through technical and commercial scrutiny. To make the theory stick, the sessions must be anchored by case studies drawn from real government or large-enterprise bids you have personally handled. Walk me through what worked, what failed, and why. Templates, checklists, or frameworks are welcome, but they need to show their worth inside those real examples. Core topics to cover • GeM registration, catalog listing, and bid participation flows • Effective bidding techniques and pricing strategies specific to public sector rules • Full lifecycle bid management: kickoff, role assignment, document control, approvals, final upload, and post-bid follow-ups • Decoding RFI and RFQ requirements so that responses score maximum evaluation points • Best-practice compliance, common audit pitfalls, and ways to maintain a reusable document library Logistics • Delivery mode: live online sessions (recordings provided afterward) • Schedule: flexible; we will agree on session length and frequency that fit both calendars • Level: beginner–intermediate; assume I know the basics of sales but little about formal tendering Acceptance criteria 1. At least three detailed case studies from bids you have won or narrowly lost, each including submitted documents (with sensitive data redacted). 2. A step-by-step checklist for document preparation and submission on GeM. 3. Editable templates for cover letters, compliance matrices, and commercial formats. 4. One mock bid exercise assessed with feedback.
