Graphic Designer Needed for Professional Recruitment Posters (Long-Term Collaboration) I am looking for a creative graphic designer to create high-quality recruitment posters for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Important: I am not looking for simple AI or ChatGPT-generated posters with just text added to an image. I am looking for someone who can create original concepts, suggest different creative ideas, and build a professional visual style. What I need * Recruitment posters for different professions (welders, pipe fitters, electricians, construction workers, factory workers, etc.) * Different creative concepts for each position * A realistic worker in the correct working environment * Strong focus on the job title * High-quality, premium-looking designs that stand out on social media * Someone who can also suggest better ideas instead of only following instructions The goal is that when people see the advertisement, they immediately feel it is from a professional company and not just another generic recruitment post. Languages The posters will mainly be created in: * English * Russian I can help with the Russian translations if needed.
