Descripción de la oferta

1. What this project is We need print-ready designs for signs, table cards, stickers, coasters, and similar display products that ask customers to leave online reviews. Please reproduce the attached design exactly, except for minor adjustment as may be needed based on the shape of the design. Do not change the colors, text, overall style, or layout except as needed to adapt it properly to the different shapes and aspect ratios listed below. 2. Logos to use Each design may display up to three separate review-platform logos: Logo A — the primary review-platform logo Logo B — the first secondary review-platform logo Logo C — the second secondary review-platform logo We need four versions of every design: Version 1: Logo A only Version 2: Logo A + Logo B Version 3: Logo A + Logo C Version 4: Logo A + Logo B + Logo C Logo A must appear in every version. We will provide the official logo files. Use only the supplied artwork. Do not redraw, recolor, distort, crop, or otherwise modify any logo. Follow each platform’s official brand guidelines for minimum size, clear space, background, color, and placement. 3. Shapes and aspect ratios needed Create the design in the following shapes: Tall rectangles 2:3 3:4 4:5 5:7 Wide rectangles 2:1 3:2 4:3 16:9 Additional shapes Square — 1:1 Circle There is no fixed physical size in inches. Customers may use these designs on signs, stickers, table displays, coasters, or other products and print them at different sizes. Each design must therefore be scalable without losing quality. The preferred method is to create the artwork as vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator or another professional vector-design program. Preferred editable file types are .ai or .eps. When a vector format cannot be used, create a very large raster file with at least 3,000 pixels on the longest side. 4. QR code box — very important The example design contains a QR code and a business name below it. Do not include the example QR code or business name in the final master files. They are shown only to indicate the required location and space. For every design: Leave an empty box in the same general location as the example QR code. Place that box on a separate layer named QR_SLOT. Leave enough empty space directly below it for one line containing the customer’s business name. Do not create a working QR code. Do not enter a sample business name in the final deliverable. For each file, report the QR slot’s position and size as percentages of the complete design—not as fixed pixel measurements. Example: The QR slot begins 60% from the left edge and 40% from the top edge. Its width is 25% of the total design width. Percentages are required because the designs will be printed at many different physical sizes. 5. Files to deliver For every shape and aspect ratio, deliver four versions corresponding to the four logo combinations in Section 2. For each version, provide: One editable source file in .ai or .eps format; .psd is acceptable only when necessary One print-ready export at 300 DPI All fonts converted to outlines or included in an editable package All placed graphics embedded or included in the delivery package Clearly named and organized layers Use generic logo-combination codes in the filenames: A = Logo A AB = Logo A + Logo B AC = Logo A + Logo C ABC = Logo A + Logo B + Logo C Example filenames: vertical-2x3-A vertical-2x3-AB vertical-2x3-AC vertical-2x3-ABC Also provide one spreadsheet or text file containing, for every design: Filename Shape Aspect ratio Logo combination QR slot position in percentages QR slot width and height in percentages Business-name text-area position and size in percentages 6. Things you do not need to do You do not need to: Create a real or working QR code Add individual business names Create different designs for different businesses Redesign the MyReviewz branding Change the approved colors or wording Create or redraw any review-platform logo We will programmatically add each customer’s unique QR code and business name later. 7. Questions Please review the attached example and all supplied logo files before beginning. Ask about anything unclear before creating the full set of files. We would prefer to approve one completed sample before you produce every shape and logo combination.
