About Us We're looking for a talented graphic designer to help us transform AI-generated concepts into professionally designed editorial media packs that reflect the quality of a leading media owner. This is the first of many projects, with ongoing work available for the right person. The Project We have already created an AI concept for a 5-page landscape media pack promoting a premium digital advertising network. The concept is approximately 90% complete and the creative direction has already been established. We are not looking for a redesign. Instead, we require an experienced designer to professionally recreate the document so it becomes a polished, fully editable master template suitable for both digital distribution and future adaptation. To protect client confidentiality, only the front cover has been included within this project listing. The successful freelancer will receive the remaining pages, artwork and supporting assets once selected. Design Style The finished document should have the quality and refinement expected from premium media owners such as: JCDecaux Ocean Outdoor Global Clear Channel Think premium editorial rather than sales brochure. We Will Provide Front cover example (attached) Remaining pages after selection Final copy Brand assets Logos Photography Maps AI-generated concepts Colour palette Design direction Everything has already been designed conceptually. Your role is to professionally recreate and refine it. Your Responsibilities Using Adobe InDesign (preferred), recreate the media pack whilst maintaining the existing design language. Refine where appropriate by improving: Typography Alignment Spacing Grid consistency White space Visual hierarchy Colour consistency Icon alignment Card styling Print quality The overall layout, photography and design concept should remain faithful to the supplied artwork. Deliverables Adobe InDesign source files (packaged) Linked assets Print-ready PDF Optimised PDF for online viewing and email distribution Ongoing Opportunity This is intended to be the first of many projects. Following this initial media pack, we anticipate creating 30+ additional venue media packs, together with: Sales brochures Digital signage content Social media graphics Case studies Exhibition artwork Presentation documents Marketing collateral We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a designer who can become familiar with our brand and maintain a consistent, premium style across future projects.
