Team Pinak is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to take ownership of visual content and account management for our client roster. What You Will Do: Design approximately 80 graphics/statics per month for various brand profiles. Manage 4–8 client social media accounts, ensuring strict brand consistency. Research trending content, generate captions/hashtags, and create monthly posting calendars. Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite and respond to basic client engagement. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Gemini) for content and image ideation. Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite and Instagram algorithms. Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple client pipelines. Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month. This is an ideal retainer for a motivated fresher or junior designer wanting to build a robust agency portfolio.
