I run a wholesale grocery outlet and I need a straightforward billing application that I can use both on my Android phone and on my Windows laptop. Every invoice must print a small slip (thermal or A4) showing the customer’s name, place, mobile number and the transport service chosen for dispatch. Sales scenarios you will have to cover • Cash-and-carry customers who pay on the spot and take the rice or pulses themselves. • Walk-in customers who pay, leave and require me to book the goods with their preferred transporter. • Credit customers whose payments are settled later. Payment handling • For the first two categories the software must accept Full Cash, Full UPI or a mix of the two, and show the exact split on the bill. • For credit customers the ledger should track Bank transfer and Cash settlements (other modes such as Cheque or Deferred payment dates can stay disabled for now but I may activate them later). End-of-day output At closing time I want a single screen and printable report that tells me: item-wise sales, customer-wise sales, total cash collected, total UPI collected and outstanding credit balances. Deliverables 1. Android APK and Windows installer/executable. 2. Simple, clean database (SQLite or similar) with backup/export option. 3. Printable bill template that fits both 3-inch thermal and A4 printers. 4. Source code and basic user guide so I can add new items, prices or transport names without calling a developer. If any clarification is needed about my workflow, feel free to ask before coding so we can keep the interface minimal and efficient.
