I need a marketer who can treat Twitter and YouTube with equal importance and build a coordinated growth plan that lifts follower and subscriber counts on both platforms. The heart of the campaign is educational content: concise Twitter threads, bite-sized tips, and longer-form YouTube videos that teach our audience something genuinely useful while naturally weaving in our brand. I will supply branding assets, topic outlines, and access to the existing channels. You will refine the content calendar, draft posts and video scripts, handle scheduling with tools such as Hootsuite / Buffer and YouTube Studio, and track performance in Twitter Analytics and YouTube Analytics. Clear, data-backed iteration is essential so we steadily grow week over week. Deliverables: • A 30-day cross-platform content calendar focused on educational pieces • Five Twitter thread drafts and corresponding visual assets • Two YouTube video scripts with thumbnail concepts • End-of-month report summarizing follower- and subscriber-growth metrics plus next-step recommendations Success is defined by measurable increases in followers and subscribers, and I’ll review progress every two weeks to keep momentum high. If this pilot month meets targets, there’s plenty of scope for ongoing work.
