We are looking for a Growth Partner to help grow Coderials, a software development company providing custom web applications, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI powered solutions and business automation. Our technical team and development capabilities are already in place. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for business growth, client acquisition and strategic partnerships. The ideal partner should be able to: • Bring new software development projects through their network and business connections • Build white label partnerships with marketing agencies, design agencies, consultants and other businesses • Find international clients who need reliable software development teams • Develop long term relationships with clients and business partners • Help create and execute a growth strategy for Coderials This is not a traditional salaried job. We are looking for a long term Growth Partner who wants to build and grow alongside an established software development team. The partnership will be based on performance and a mutually agreed profit sharing model. The partner will earn a share of the profits from the business and projects they help bring and grow, with regular quarterly distributions based on the agreed partnership structure. This opportunity may be ideal for an agency owner, business development professional, sales professional, consultant or entrepreneur who already has access to potential clients and wants to partner with an experienced technical team.
