I am an older database programmer in need of up-to-date training on how to access and manipulate MySQL databases. I have had one of my website applications updated. It uses Hostinger Hosting for the host sql database on their Linux server. I am using Visual Studio 2026 Community with local host MySQL database. 1. I need someone in USA that can talk to me over the phone and Any Desk onto my desktop 2. Take a look at my Local Host MySQL database and show me a simple way to identify and view the tables, make direct changes to the data within the database, and insert new tables into the database. 3. Show me how to Back-up my operational database on the host server, and to copy my local host database over to the Hostinger server to replace the old database with the updated one. I am a quick study. I have been retired for a few years but decided to update some of my old Visual Studio 2017 code. Please let me know if you could work with me a couple hours to get this training accomplished with me and have the steps documented for my reference.
