# Build "Guru Bhai" – Informational Website + Android App (MVP) **Budget:** ₹10,000 INR (Fixed Price – Maximum) ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced developer or development team to build **Guru Bhai**, a professional **Website + Android App** for **Satta Matka informational content only**. **Important:** This is **NOT** a betting or gambling platform. It is strictly an informational/media platform that publishes daily results, live results, historical charts, panel charts, jodi charts, number analysis, statistics, educational articles, educational videos, and other informational content. No betting, gaming, wallet, payment gateway, deposits, withdrawals, or wagering features are required. I am looking for a reliable long-term development partner to build the MVP and continue with future updates. --- ## Project Scope The Website should have a modern responsive design with pages such as Home, Categories, Daily Results, Live Results, Historical Charts, Panel Charts, Jodi Charts, Number Analysis, Featured & Latest Videos, Video Player, Search, About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and an SEO-friendly, fast-loading structure. The Admin Panel should allow secure login and easy management of videos, thumbnails, categories, daily results, charts, homepage content, advertisements, website content, visitor analytics, and video analytics without requiring technical knowledge. The Android App should match the website branding and include a splash screen, home feed, categories, daily results, charts, video player, search, push notifications, and be optimized for performance and future updates. --- ## Deliverables The project should include a fully functional Website, Android App, Admin Dashboard, Backend APIs, Database, complete source code, deployment assistance, installation guide, and basic documentation.
