Job Title: Scaled Planning Drawings for Small Garden Room - UK Planning Application (London) Description: I need a set of scaled drawings for a UK council planning application (London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham) for a small single-storey garden room/summer house. Property: Garden floor flat within a block of flats, located in the Gunter Estate Conservation Area, West London. The back garden belongs exclusively to this flat, and I am one of the freeholders (approx. garden size 60 sqm). Structure details: • Footprint: 3.5m x 2.5m • Single storey, timber-clad • Height: to be confirmed but under 3m overall (happy to advise once drawings are underway) • Use: garden room/summer house, ancillary to the main dwelling Drawings required (all to UK planning conventions, with scale bar and north point): 1. Site/block plan - showing the property, garden, boundaries, and position of the proposed garden room relative to the building and boundaries (existing and proposed), typically 1:200 or 1:100 2. Location plan - showing the property in its wider context with red-line boundary, typically 1:1250 3. Proposed floor plan - of the garden room, to scale 4. Proposed elevations - front, side, rear views, to scale, showing height and materials Format: PDF (print-ready, labelled “Existing” and “Proposed” where relevant) plus source file (DWG, SketchUp, or similar) if possible Important: • Must follow UK planning drawing conventions (scale bar, north point, existing vs proposed clearly labelled) - these will be submitted directly to a UK local council via the Planning Portal, so accuracy matters more than visual polish • Please confirm you’re familiar with UK householder planning application drawing requirements before bidding • I can provide rough garden dimensions/photos to work from
