I have a batch of scanned, handwritten pages that include both text and embedded images. Only the written content needs to be keyed into a single Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbook, but the presence of images means line breaks and spacing can be irregular, so careful attention is required to keep the text order intact. Every word must appear exactly as on the page—no paraphrasing—while the sheet itself should look clean, logically structured, and easy to read. Accuracy is critical. Before you hand the file back, please proof-read for spelling slips or mis-typed characters and double-check that each entry sits in the correct row or column. You are welcome to run OCR to speed things up, yet final verification must still be manual so the finished sheet is error-free. Timing will be agreed upfront and needs to be respected; let me know how many pages you can realistically process per day so we can lock in a delivery date. When you apply, attach or link to past work that shows you can handle handwritten-to-digital conversions or similar data-entry projects—this is the main factor I will use to choose a freelancer. Deliverable: one accurately transcribed .xlsx file, formatted neatly and ready for immediate use.
