I need an experienced hardware and networking professional—at least five years hands-on in the field—to run a series of hybrid sessions for my intermediate-level trainees. Each class should blend concise theory with live demonstrations and guided lab work so participants can both understand and immediately practise the concepts. Core areas we must cover are: • Network setup and configuration • Hardware troubleshooting • Network security You will design the curriculum, prepare any slide decks or lab guides, and deliver the sessions live (remote or on-site can be discussed). I’ll supply the candidate profiles, available lab gear, and scheduling constraints; you bring the real-world insights, clear explanations, and engaging practical exercises. At the end I expect: • A detailed session plan with timings and required resources • All teaching materials in shareable format (PDF/PowerPoint, config files, lab instructions) • A short assessment or lab checklist to verify trainee competence on each topic If you love translating field experience into actionable skills, let’s talk dates and logistics so we can get these professionals up to speed.
