Position Overview We're seeking a Health IT Specialist to ensure the seamless function, security, and integration of our core digital health systems. You will be the technical expert ensuring data flows securely and reliably between our virtual care platform, our systems, and the interfaces used by licensed providers. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the company's virtual care, Pauli AI, and data storage systems. Lead the integration of new clinical and financial applications with our core platform, ensuring interoperability for services. Troubleshoot technical issues for internal clinical staff and external partners related to system access, data integrity, and network performance. Implement and manage system security protocols, performing regular audits to maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations. Develop and deliver training and support materials for staff on new technologies and best practices for secure data handling. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. 2–4 years of professional experience in Health IT, Clinical Informatics, or Systems Administration. Experience with EHR/EMR systems and standard healthcare data exchange formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Solid understanding of network security, data management, and ticketing systems. Certification such as CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician or similar preferred. Why ProviderNow?
