Healthcare Operations Platform Testing
Publicada el 2026-07-27
Descripción de la oferta
We're hiring 2 manual QA testers for a 2-week engagement testing a healthcare operations platform (web admin app + two companion mobile apps for caregivers and families). You'll test a staging environment with 100% synthetic data. Confidentiality still applies. Structure: We award a paid 2-day trial ($30) to 3 candidates. The best 2 continue: Week 1 full test pass ($150), Week 2 regression + final report ($150). Total per continuing tester: $330. All fixed-price milestones — do not bid hourly. You will: follow a detailed written test guide we provide (role-based workflows: scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, family portal, ratings, notifications), file bugs in our template (repro steps, expected vs actual, screenshots), send a 5-line daily summary, and re-test fixes within 24h in week 2. Manual testing only — no automation, scripts, scanners, or load testing (instant disqualification). Requirements: Fluent written English; bug reports a developer can reproduce without asking questions Role A: desktop with Chrome + (Firefox or Edge), AND an Android 13+ phone Role B: an iPhone with a notch/Dynamic Island on iOS 17+ (you'll install via TestFlight), plus a desktop browser Available ~3 hours/day for 2 weeks; healthcare/fintech app experience a plus To apply, start your bid with the word TEAL (bids without it are auto-rejected as spam) and answer: Which role (A or B) and your exact devices with OS versions? Paste one real bug report you've written (redact the product name). An app shows a delivery driver's full name and photo to customers. What would you check before calling this feature "done"? You find 30 small visual issues and 1 data-corruption bug on the same day. What do you do, in what order? Test URLs and login accounts are provided privately after award, along with the full test guide.
