I run a growing portfolio of healthcare technology initiatives and now require dedicated, fully-remote project oversight to keep several concurrent releases on track. Key focus areas • Team coordination – plan sprints, assign tasks in Jira or Trello, monitor velocity and remove blockers for a globally-distributed development team. • Client communication – prepare concise progress summaries, host demo sessions, gather feedback and translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable items. • Risk management – maintain a living risk register, flag scope creep early, and present mitigation strategies before issues impact timelines or compliance. Because every contributor works from a different time zone, proven remote team management experience is essential. Comfort with collaboration suites such as Slack, Confluence, Zoom and Miro will let you slip straight into our existing workflow. Agile familiarity is a plus, but seamless asynchronous communication and disciplined follow-through matter most. Success will be measured by: • Sprint burndown charts aligning with estimates • Stakeholder satisfaction ratings of 4/5 or higher • An up-to-date risk log that shows proactive resolution When you respond, briefly outline similar healthcare or tech projects you have steered remotely, the tool stack you prefer, and your typical cadence for status reporting. The engagement starts with a short onboarding phase so you can meet the developers, clinicians and product owners already on the roster.
