The designer/developer who successfully delivers this site (clean execution of the wireframe, strong conversion focus, and professional communication) will be given preferred partner status and first opportunity on future client work, redesigns, landing pages, and ongoing maintenance. We prefer long-term relationships over constantly searching for new freelancers. We are Mavericks Blue Collar Agency — a specialist web design agency that builds high-converting websites exclusively for HVAC, Solar, Roofing, Plumbing and Electrical contractors. We need an experienced web designer / developer to design and build our own agency website using a proven conversion structure (the “Ultimate Web Agency Wireframe”). Project Goal Create a clean, professional, mobile-first website that builds instant trust with trade contractors and converts visitors into booked strategy calls. The site must feel authoritative, specialist, and results-focused — not like a generic agency brochure. Required Page Structure (Ultimate Wireframe) The homepage must follow this exact flow: 1. Hero Section — Strong H1, 3 impactful reasons to choose us, social proof, 100% Money-Back Guarantee (risk reversal), portfolio teaser, and a prominent calendar booking CTA (Calendly-style preferred) 2. Portfolio — 4–8 project mockups (laptop/phone) showing websites for HVAC, Solar, Roofing, Plumbing & Electrical companies 3. Testimonials & Reviews — Star ratings, Google/Facebook style reviews with photos and names 4. Pain & Solution — 4–5 visual cards/bubbles showing common contractor website problems and our solutions (no walls of text) 5.
