I require a qualified international courts Human Rights SC, of KC , practitioner admitted to appear in the High Court of Australia , or federal court criminal division to act strictly on my instructions in a matter involving breaches of Commonwealth-level orders, fraud, and identity theft. Your brief is to: • Draft, settle, and file the full High Court summons, then issue all accompanying amendments on your firm’s letterhead, ready for service. • Sign each document and certify that they comply with the relevant High Court Rules 2004. • Provide ongoing representation in all online directions hearings and any subsequent listings. • Apply deep forensic representation techniques with a focus on asset recovery ID theft, ensuring evidentiary trails are preserved and presented convincingly. I will supply the evidence bundle, chronology, and draft orders already breached; you translate these into court-ready pleadings and manage filings on the Commonwealth Court Portal. Time is critical, so initial drafts are expected within three business days of engagement, with final lodgement no later than seven.
