I need a cylindrical tube made of high-durometer silicone with the following specifications: - Inner diameter: 2.25 inches - Outer diameter: 2.5 inches - Length: 5 inches - Color: Black - One end capped with rubber cap featuring a 1-inch diameter hole (see pic, which is of a detachable sleeve, black with hole in center. I'd like this to be part of the tube/cylinder, and not detachable or separate) - Other end to have a beveled notch about 1/8in from the top to hold the plastic rounded piece that will snap into place and be air tight.. You see in the pic of the clear rounded top. It has a lip on the end. I'd like the silicone cylinder to have a way of fitting that lip into the top. Ideal the silicone is firm enough to withstand 4lbs of pressure, but flexible enough to stretch so the top part can fit into a beveled slot about 1/8 inch from the top of the cylinder. Ideal skills and experience: - Expertise in silicone fabrication - Precision in achieving specified dimensions - Ability to work with high-durometer silicone - Experience in producing rubber-capped components Please provide samples of similar work and estimated delivery time.
