To ensure data precision, the contacts must strictly align with the following criteria: Geography: Currently residing in Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) or Mumbai/Navi Mumbai. Purchasing Power: Individuals with a verified investment capacity of ₹1 Crore to ₹2 Crore for real estate investments or weekend homes. Target Profiles: C-suite executives, directors, senior corporate professionals (IT, Finance, MNCs), established business owners, doctors, and affluent retirees. Interest Persona: Individuals who invest in second homes, holiday villas, premium agricultural plots, or luxury wellness retreats. Required Data Fields (Excel/Google Sheets) Full Name Verified Mobile / WhatsApp Number Email Address Current City & Sub-locality (e.g., South Delhi, Gurgaon Phase 5, Bandra, Powai) Profession / Company / Designation (Crucial for verifying the budget capacity) Data Quality & Screening Clause No Generic Lists: Do not bid if you plan to provide outdated directory dumps or mass scraped data.
