I have a well-maintained property that I plan to offer on a long-term supported-housing lease, and I already hold a full set of floor plans, high-resolution photos, short walkthrough videos, and room-by-room specifications. What I lack is a polished, professionally laid-out brochure that I can hand straight to specialist housing brokers. The core emphasis for this piece needs to be the surrounding amenities. I want potential providers to see, at a glance, the excellent public transportation links, the variety of nearby shopping and dining options, and the access to local parks and recreational areas. Interior and exterior shots will still be included, but the narrative must keep circling back to how the location supports tenants’ independence and quality of life. My preferred output is a single, easy-to-share PDF. Feel free to arrange the content in Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar—whatever you find most efficient—so long as the finished file is crisp, brand-neutral, and under 10 MB for hassle-free emailing. Deliverable: • One press-ready PDF brochure that weaves together my existing plans, photographs, and video stills with concise copy highlighting transport, retail/food, and green-space advantages. Acceptance will be based on clear layout, correct spelling and grammar, consistent styling across all pages, and the effective spotlighting of those three key amenity categories. I’ll provide all raw assets immediately; you bring the design flair and persuasive writing that makes this property stand out.
