What you'll do Dial 100–150 outbound calls a day into small businesses — property management companies, restaurants, salons, mechanic shops, tattoo parlors Get past the front desk, the manager, and the "just email us" brush-off Qualify fast, book the meeting, move to the next number Log every call, every outcome, every objection — no ghost activity Follow up relentlessly until you get a yes or a hard no What we're paying 100% commission. Uncapped. You eat what you kill. Every booked meeting that shows pays. Every deal that closes pays more. No ceiling, no territory caps, no waiting for someone above you to leave.
