I need an email-marketing specialist who can push a single promotional message to at least half a million recipients—ideally closer to one million—while landing in the inbox across major domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, corporate servers, etc.). The core objective is straightforward: drive interest and responses for the product I’m promoting, so every send must clearly display my name, email address, and phone number for direct replies. I haven’t committed to any specific platform yet, so I’m open to your recommended stack—whether that’s Mailchimp-style ESPs, SMTP relays, custom-built tools, or hybrid solutions—so long as it achieves solid deliverability at this scale. If you have warm IPs, established sending infrastructure, or proven tactics for list hygiene, segmentation, and throttling, please outline them.
