I run a rapidly growing YouTube channel and I’m ready to hand off the daily promotion work to a capable female virtual assistant who is comfortable working in Hindi. Your main mission is to widen our reach and keep viewers talking about each new video long after it goes live. Here’s what the role looks like: • Social media management – the moment a video drops, you’ll craft and schedule supporting posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, making sure captions, hashtags and thumbnails align with the channel’s tone. • Content creation – short teaser clips, story frames, polls and eye-catching graphics are needed regularly to drive traffic back to YouTube. Canva, CapCut or similar tools are perfect for this; feel free to suggest your favourites. • Audience engagement – reply to comments, spark conversations and pass any must-answer queries over to me quickly. A friendly Hindi voice that reflects the brand is essential. I work on a weekly content calendar, so you’ll receive topics and raw footage in advance. In return I expect a simple end-of-week report summarising what was posted, engagement growth and any ideas you have for the next cycle. If you have prior experience growing Hindi-language channels or pages, include a short note on the strategies that worked best for you along with links or stats I can verify.
