CBS Dance Company is opening auditions for our upcoming competitive hip-hop season, and I need help turning interest into actual enrollments. The plan is to reach potential dancers where they already spend time—on Facebook and Instagram—while also making sure parents see us on local community boards, in schools, and through youth programs. Here is what the assignment looks like from my side: • Create a cohesive bundle of flyers, posters, quick-scroll social graphics, short-form videos, and a concise informational brochure that all follow our existing brand palette and tone. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools are fine as long as final files can be edited later. • Schedule and publish the social pieces through Facebook and Instagram, using strategic hashtags and geotargeting to keep the content in front of families within driving distance of our studio. • Hand off ready-to-print PDFs that I can distribute on physical community boards and through school administrators. • Introduce the company to athletic directors, PE teachers, and community-center coordinators so that they feel comfortable sharing our materials with their dancers and families. • Track leads in a simple spreadsheet or CRM, follow up with interested parents, and motivate them to book a free trial class or attend our registration event. Acceptance criteria 1. A minimum of one week’s worth of scheduled Facebook and Instagram posts (at least three static graphics and two short videos). 2. One flyer, one poster, and one tri-fold or two-page brochure ready for print. 3. A contact log showing at least twenty new leads plus the follow-up status of each. 4. A short wrap-up report with screenshots, engagement metrics, and next-step recommendations.
