I have an inactive Squarespace account and a domain. What I need now is the full build-out of a small laboratory site that looks professional and formal while strictly adhering to HIPAA requirements. Scope of pages I will leave the layout to the design professional but I want a services section that details our various testing capabilities and an about us section where I can give a brief background/mission statement and a short bio and photo of our four employees. Scheduling integration A fully HIPAA-compliant booking flow must be set up through Acuity Scheduling and embedded seamlessly into the site. The integration should inherit our brand styling, allow patients to pick appointment slots, and store PHI only inside Acuity’s protected system. Look & feel Clean, uncluttered layouts, crisp typography, and restrained color use that conveys clinical professionalism. Responsive behavior on desktop, tablet, and mobile is essential. Deliverables 1. Squarespace theme configuration and page builds ready for launch. 2. Acuity embed or pop-up scheduler configured for HIPAA compliance, tested end-to-end. 3. Basic hand-off guide (PDF or Google Doc) explaining how staff can edit copy, add services, and manage appointments. Acceptance criteria • Pages render correctly in the latest Chrome, Safari, and Edge. • All links, forms, and the scheduler work without error. • Visual style matches the professional, formal tone described above. • No protected health information is exposed outside Acuity. All brand assets (logo, palette, copy) will be supplied upon project start, and I can activate and grant collaborator access to the Squarespace site immediately.
