I have a completed history manuscript that now needs a fresh, reader-friendly layout. The text itself is solid; my focus is strictly on presentation. Scope of work • Reorganise existing chapters into a more logical flow. • Apply clean, consistent formatting styles for headings, sub-headings, footnotes and captions. • Insert carefully chosen images and maps where they enrich the narrative (hi-res, royalty-free or sourced from public domain). Preferred workflow You may work in Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher or Word—whatever lets you deliver both an editable file and a press-ready PDF. I will supply the current document and a folder of suggested visuals; feel free to propose additional pictures or historical maps if they strengthen particular sections. Acceptance criteria 1. Revised chapter order approved in outline form before full layout starts. 2. Final interior file follows the agreed style guide, with page numbers, running headers and a clean table of contents generated from styles. 3. All images and maps are properly credited and print-safe (300 dpi). 4. Deliverables include the packaged source file plus a PDF ready for print/on-demand platforms.
