I want to streamline how we attract, assess, and welcome new team members across our hotel operations. First, I need you to own the early-stage hiring cycle—actively source qualified front desk, housekeeping, hotel administration supervisor and food-and-beverage candidates and then run structured interviews that keep personality, service mindset, and reliability front and center. Once we have the right people, I also need help building a cohesive onboarding pack. That means producing clear employee handbooks, role-specific training manuals, and all mandatory compliance forms so every new hire feels confident on day one and we stay audit-ready.
