I need a full architectural concept for a small, 1–2-bedroom house conceived in a distinctly Traditional style. The aim is to balance classic exterior detailing with a practical interior that mixes open-plan social areas and a few closed, private rooms. Scope of work • Preliminary consultation to refine the brief, site constraints, and any local code requirements. • Schematic design with 2–3 alternative floor-plan studies so we can fine-tune the open-versus-closed layout. • Finalised architectural drawings: scaled floor plans, elevations, roof plan, and at least one sectional view ready for submission to a structural engineer or local authority. • 3D exterior renderings that capture materiality and proportions from multiple angles; a simple interior walkthrough is a plus. • A material and finish schedule suited to Traditional aesthetics (think pitched rooflines, classic trim, warm façade materials). • Source files in DWG or Revit alongside PDF sets. Acceptance criteria The delivered package must align with the Traditional style brief, show a clear mix of open living/dining space and enclosed bedrooms/study, comply with typical small-house building standards, and arrive in both editable and print-ready formats. Regular check-ins via chat or video and iterative revisions are expected so the final design reflects the agreed vision.
