We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to deliver effective housing management services, with a key emphasis on rent arrears management and tenancy sustainment. The role is a temporary role which will start as soon as possible and run until mid August. You will be responsible for monitoring rent accounts, taking timely action to reduce arrears, and maximising rental income in line with policy and legal requirements.
