We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow our HR job board by identifying companies actively hiring HR professionals. Responsibilities: - Search Indeed, LinkedIn, Upwork, Google, and company career pages for HR-related job openings. - Identify hiring managers or HR decision-makers. - Research and verify business email addresses and LinkedIn profiles. - Maintain an organized spreadsheet/CRM with all leads. - Send personalized email invitations and LinkedIn outreach using our templates. - Track outreach activity and responses. Requirements: - Experience with lead generation and internet research. - Strong Google search and LinkedIn research skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Fluent written English. - Experience with Hunter, Apollo, Clay, or similar email-finding tools is a plus. Compensation: $5/hour 20+ hours per week Long-term opportunity based on performance. Monthly bonus based on performance
