Employment Hero Optimisation & Automation The organisation is reviewing how to optimise its HR technology stack, with Employment Hero (EH) positioned as the primary system of record. While EH core modules are in place, several HR processes remain fragmented across systems, spreadsheets and manual workflows. We are seeking an experienced EH specialist that can assist with defining and delivering continuous EH improvements and automations that ensures that EH is better utilised reducing manual processes and overall end user experience. Background The organisation is an existing EH customer. EH core modules are in place (excluding Payroll), however HR processes and data sources remain fragmented across multiple systems, spreadsheets and manual workflows. The current HR technology stack, including downstream systems, includes: • HRIS: Employment Hero • Payroll and Timesheet Management: DataPay • ITSM: Halo ITSM • Finance: Workday Adaptive Planning • Microsoft Environment: Azure cloud and Microsoft applications Prioritised Pain Points/ Manual Processes requiring automation 1. Requisition approval process 2. On/offboarding of employees 3. EH to DataPay data flow Scope for Each Pain Point: 1. Review current EH utilisation for the prioritised process and document future-state workflow, automation solution and recommended data flow. 2. Configure Employment Hero modules and implement agreed solutions to optimise data flow to downstream systems and business teams, including testing, validation and user training. 3. Conduct a post-implementation review to assess the effectiveness of the changes and provide recommendations for future enhancements and iterations. About You Demonstrated Employment Hero optimisation and automation experience, HR process redesign capability and practical understanding of data flows to downstream systems, particularly payroll. You should be able to assess current-state processes, design future-state workflows, identify EH configuration and data options, and provide clear, practical recommendations that can inform a future optimisation and automations.
