HTML/CSS Specialist for Expression Web Troubleshooting

Experienced html / Expression Web programmer needed. I have a simple html website which simply stores historical documents, which I have developed using Expression Web 4 but I am having trouble with the css and this is the root of other problems. I need an experienced programmer to work on a css which specifies the site logo and standard fonts for , , , , and to make templates: 1. a home page with hyperlinks to Archives, Current Projects, Useful Links, Printer files and Contact, 2, aa first level template that heads up each of these sections, 3. title pages for archive sections that has a 'back to previous page' button and a link to the archives section title page, 4 a search page with Freefind. I have aleady done this and have the basic structure on my website, which I can show the successful bidder. My probem is getting the hyperlinks consistent among all the templates, I think the right person could do this in an hour or so and offer $50 Australian Dollarrs.
