I have an HTML wifi portal in template form which needs to be brought up to the working level. 1) Link stripe API, manage redirect success, auto-recharge billing. 2) List offers, free wifi, allow users certain amount of data. 3) Create some sort of admin panel for me to manage. I need it to be easy for me to manage, edit. It can be in wordpress form if that is easier. I have extensive experience with wordpress, but backend stuff like getting stripe API to work with data package use and monitor use is out of my skills. I need a developer to code it to work. This is a pilot project. It is ongoing project if it is viable.
