We are a newly established UK-based data centre advisory business specialising in data centre capacity, AI infrastructure and strategic introductions. We're a startup, so we're looking to keep costs sensible while building solid foundations for the future. At this stage, there are only two of us using the CRM, so we're not looking for an enterprise implementation. We simply need someone experienced with HubSpot who can help us get up and running properly. ## What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced HubSpot freelancer who can spend a few hours with us initially to: * Set up HubSpot CRM correctly * Configure Companies, Contacts and Deals * Create a simple sales pipeline * Connect Microsoft 365 / Outlook * Install and configure the Outlook add-in * Help import our existing contacts * Create a couple of useful dashboards * Show us best practice * Provide some basic training We're not looking for anything overly complicated at this stage. Our priority is getting a clean, easy-to-use CRM that we can start using immediately. ## Our Sales Process Our pipeline is likely to include stages such as: * Lead Identified * Initial Conversation * Requirement Received * Qualification * Capacity Search * Proposal * Commercial Negotiation * Won * Lost We'd welcome your suggestions if you've implemented similar systems before. ## Budget We're a startup, so budget is important. Ideally, we'd like someone who is happy to work with us for a few hours initially, helping us build the foundations without overcomplicating things. As the business grows, we'd like to continue working with the same person and expand the CRM over time with additional features and automation. ## About You We're looking for someone who: * Has previous HubSpot implementation experience * Explains things in plain English * Doesn't over-engineer solutions * Understands small businesses and startups * Is reliable, friendly and easy to work with * Can suggest simple, practical improvements ## Please Include * A brief introduction about yourself * Your HubSpot experience * Examples of similar work you've completed * Your hourly rate * Approximately how many hours you think this initial setup will take * Whether you'd be interested in providing occasional support as our business grows We're looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with rather than simply hiring for a one-off task. 5–10 hours initially.
