I’m planning a full-scale systems integration that will let our HubSpot CRM talk seamlessly with our enterprise-grade ERP. The goal is to create a real-time, bidirectional flow of customer, order and inventory data without disrupting either platform’s native workflows. I already have clear process maps and sample datasets; what I need now is an experienced Solutions Architect who can turn those business requirements into a concrete technical blueprint. That means defining the overall integration architecture, documenting data models, selecting the optimal middleware or iPaaS layer, and outlining security, error-handling and scalability considerations. REST and webhook experience with HubSpot is essential, but I’m open to your recommendations on the ERP side—whether that ends up being a direct API connection, a message queue or an event-driven approach. Deliverables I’m expecting: • High-level architecture diagram with all system components and data flows • Detailed API and field-mapping document for HubSpot ↔ ERP objects • Sequence diagrams covering sync, delta updates and exception paths • Implementation roadmap that identifies phases, milestones and testing checkpoints I’ll provide sandbox credentials for HubSpot plus access to an ERP test instance once we kick off.
