Re-typing every client record from HubSpot into Connecture is burning hours I can no longer spare. I want a secure way to move four data sets—contact details, ID numbers, stored dates, and prescription lists—straight from my CRM into the three consecutive pages Connecture requires, with no manual entry on my end. Because Connecture offers no open API to small agencies, the solution will likely hinge on browser automation, an RPA script, or a lightweight integration that drives the site exactly as I do now. I am open to whichever approach you judge most reliable and maintainable, provided it: • populates every required field accurately and at human-or-better speed • logs errors or exceptions so I can review any failed attempts • stores and transmits data in a HIPAA-compliant manner • can be demonstrated on sample records before we go live • is built by a U.S.-based developer under an NDA (non-negotiable) I have about three months before the busy season peaks, so there is time to architect this properly. If we both agree it is feasible, I would like to start right away after I return on Monday.
