I’m ready to build a complete learning-management system for my college that makes enrolling in courses effortless while still handling the day-to-day management tasks faculty and students rely on. Core focus The platform’s primary job is smooth, intuitive course enrollment. Students must be able to browse offerings, register, and receive immediate confirmation inside the same interface. Course format All subjects will run in a hybrid model, so the system has to support both live, in-person sessions and fully online components—think video lectures, downloadable resources, and on-campus lab scheduling—without forcing users to jump between tools. Essential management features To make sure the academic office can keep everything organized, I need the following elements implemented from day one: • Class scheduling that lets us publish timetables and push real-time updates when rooms or periods change. • Attendance tracking for both online sessions (via automatic check-ins or video-presence metrics) and physical classrooms (QR scan, RFID, or manual override). • Instructor profiles where faculty can upload bios, credentials, and office hours and link them directly to their active courses. Deliverables 1. A fully functional web-based LMS (built with a scalable stack such as Laravel + React or Moodle plus custom plugins—happy to hear your recommendation) deployed to our server. 2. Clean, well-documented codebase with setup instructions. 3. Admin and instructor dashboards showcasing the three management features above. 4. One short walkthrough video or live demo session so our team can hit the ground running. Acceptance criteria • A student can search, enroll, and receive confirmation in under three clicks. • Hybrid courses display both virtual meeting links and physical room details. • Attendance exports correctly to CSV for every course test case. • At least two sample instructor profiles render without layout issues on desktop and mobile.
