I have two photos ready for you: • Image 1 – the original Instagram shot that must stay untouched except for the head. • Image 2 – a selfie of the person whose face needs to appear in Image 1. Your task is to replace only the head/face in Image 1 with the face from Image 2 while leaving every other pixel exactly as it is. Clothing, hairline edge, background, grain, color grading—everything must remain identical so the final composite looks like it was captured that way in-camera. I expect an almost forensic level of realism: perfect skin-tone transitions, matching light direction and intensity, correct lens distortion, and zero proportion changes. AI tools (FaceFusion, Stable Diffusion, etc.) are welcome for texture synthesis, but I need meticulous Photoshop cleanup so the swap is completely undetectable even when overlaid at 100 % opacity. Deliverables • High-resolution flattened JPEG in the same dimensions and color profile as Image 1 • A layered PSD showing your key adjustment layers and masks for potential tweaks Acceptance Criteria 1. Side-by-side comparison shows no halo, blur, or color shift around the replaced area. 2. A 100 % zoom overlay reveals pixel-level alignment with the original features (jawline, ears, neck). 3. File passes basic error-level analysis without obvious manipulation artifacts. Send the finished files along with a brief note on the AI workflow you used so I can replicate the look on future shots. Two quick revision rounds are included to nail any micro-adjustments.
