We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to grow our organic presence i n the Indonesian market. You will own on-page, technical, content, and off-pag e SEO strategy in Bahasa Indonesia, working to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions in a sustainable, search-engine-compliant way. Responsibilities: • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis focused on Indonesia (Bahasa Indonesia + local search behavior). • Optimize on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals. • Improve technical SEO: site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexatio XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and Google Search Console hygiene. • Develop a content roadmap aligned with Indonesian audience intent and E-E-A- principles. • Build ethical, relevant backlinks through outreach, digital PR, partnerships and local directories. • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4, nd SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.). • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and Indonesia-specific search trend Requirements: • Proven track record of growing organic traffic for Indonesia-focused website • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English is a plus. • Strong understanding of Google Search Essentials (formerly Webmaster Guideli s). • Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and WordP ss/similar CMS. • Experience with local SEO and content strategy for Indonesian audiences. Nice to have: • Experience in [your industry: fintech / ecommerce / SaaS / etc.] • Knowledge of AMP implementation for speed/UX (not for cloaking or redirect m ipulation). • Basic HTML/CSS and technical troubleshooting skills. • DNS cloaking is needed
