I’m looking for someone who can jump in right away and keep my customer information flowing smoothly across our systems. Your day-to-day work will involve three core tasks: accurately keying new and updated customer records, operating within our SAP-based ERP to verify and post those entries, and making sure the corresponding Google Sheets stay perfectly in sync for quick reporting. Speed matters—I need the backlog cleared and a reliable process in place as soon as possible without sacrificing precision or data security. If you already know your way around SAP (or comparable ERP environments) and are comfortable with spreadsheet formulas, filters, and data validation, you’ll feel at home here. Deliverables • Clean, fully validated customer data entered into SAP/ERP • Mirror copy maintained in our shared Google Spreadsheet, formatted and de-duplicated • A brief hand-off note describing any issues found and the steps taken to resolve them I’ll be available to provide system access, field mapping rules, and quick feedback as you work.
