I manage a financial literacy initiative that now reaches more than 500,000 elementary, middle-school, and secondary students. As we scale, I need rigorous monitoring and evaluation that tells us exactly how our lessons improve students’ financial skill development in each age group. The assignment begins with a clear theory of change, then moves into instrument design—primarily large-scale surveys complemented by targeted student and teacher focus groups. From there we will agree on sampling strategy, fieldwork calendar, analysis approach, and the final deliverables I can share with funders and the Ministry of Education. Deliverables • Age-appropriate survey questionnaires and focus-group guides • Data-collection protocol detailing sample sizes and timelines • Dashboard or summary tables highlighting skill gains by cohort • Concise impact report (10–15 pages) with actionable recommendations Surveys and focus groups are mandatory; interviews are optional if you see additional value. You are free to use SPSS, R, Stata, Power BI, or similar tools—just let me know your preferred stack. I would like the initial plan within two weeks and the full study wrapped up by the end of the school year. Let’s create an evidence base that shows exactly how our program is changing these students’ financial futures.
