Smartsheet Implementation – Commercial Interior Construction PM System We are a commercial interior construction company looking for an experienced Smartsheet expert to build a project management system for our team. We have already completed internal discovery and workflow mapping — detailed documentation including sheet structure, column definitions, automation logic, and role-based views will be shared with the selected candidate. You will be implementing from a defined spec, not designing from scratch. Scope includes: Multiple interconnected sheets (Active Projects, Design, Tasks, Financials) Role-based saved views for PM, Designer, Project Coordinator, and Sales Automated notifications and alerts for key project milestones Project intake form that auto-populates rows Cross-sheet formulas and cell linking Change order tracking Gantt view with dependencies Dashboard with live reporting widgets Ideal candidate: Proven Smartsheet expertise — forms, automation, dashboards, dependencies, reporting Experience with construction, architecture, or project-based workflows Able to implement from existing documentation Delivers with written documentation for team self-sufficiency after handoff This is a phased project. Phase 1 focuses on the Active Projects sheet, intake form, saved views, and core automations. Phase 2 expands to remaining sheets, full automation suite, and dashboard. Please include examples of previous Smartsheet builds in your proposal.
