Descripción de la oferta
I’m building a self-sufficient dispatch department for my trucking company and need an instructor who has spent 4-7 years on the front lines of U.S. truck dispatching. Your mission is to transfer your day-to-day know-how—load planning, rate negotiation, ELD rhythms, and crisis handling—to a small team that is brand-new to the role. Scope and cadence • Live coaching 5 days a week, two hours per session (weekends included). • Content delivered primarily through online resources you provide or curate—screen-shares, interactive worksheets, and real-time dashboard walkthroughs. • Immediate Q&A during every session and responsive follow-up while the trainees tackle their first solo loads. Key focus areas 1. Route optimization that balances HOS, fuel costs, and customer windows. 2. Freight management—from booking on DAT/Truckstop to POD reconciliation. 3. Driver communication techniques that keep morale high and wheels turning. What I expect from you • A clear micro-curriculum that maps topics to the first four weeks of sessions. • Practical demonstrations inside the common TMS, load boards, and map tools you already use. • Simple performance checkpoints so I can see each dispatcher progress from shadowing to fully independent load coverage. Pay is set at $25 per hour and starts the day we launch session one. If guiding new talent excites you as much as moving freight efficiently, let’s talk and get the training calendar locked down.
