We are seeking an experienced software tester to independently evaluate Clerko, a web-based trademark application support platform. The tester will verify that the developer has completed all approved requirements, identify defects or missing functionality, and provide a professional test report. Responsibilities Review requirements, workflows, designs, and supporting documents. Create a requirements traceability matrix and related test cases. Test all user-facing, administrative, payment, notification, authentication, and integration features. Perform functional, usability, responsive-design, browser compatibility, regression, and basic security testing. Test successful workflows, errors, invalid inputs, and edge cases. Document defects with severity, reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and supporting screenshots or recordings. Retest corrections and confirm whether each defect has been resolved. Classify every requirement as passed, failed, partially completed, or not testable. Required Deliverables Requirements traceability matrix Test cases and results Detailed defect report with supporting evidence Retesting results Final QA report identifying incomplete requirements, release-blocking issues, risks, and recommended corrections Qualifications Candidates must have strong experience testing web applications or SaaS products and preparing professional QA documentation. Experience with APIs, databases, payments, authentication, notifications, responsive design, and accessibility is preferred. The tester must be independent of the current developer. NDA Requirement The selected candidate must sign a nondisclosure agreement before receiving access to the application, credentials, requirements, or other confidential information.
