We’re Hiring an Independent Recruitment Partner to Build Our Core Team We are embarking on an exciting growth journey over the next 4 to 6 months. To make it happen, we need a champion talent acquisition partner. We are looking to collaborate with a skilled Freelance Recruiter or Independent Consultant who can help us build our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams from the ground up. The Project at a Glance Timeline: 4–6 months contract. Cadence: A steady, predictable pace of 2–3 critical placements per month. Approach: Phase-based hiring to ensure smooth onboarding and team integration. Who We Are Looking For We need a partner who understands that hiring is about quality, not just quantity.
