Descripción de la oferta

I’m looking for a legal researcher who can dive deep into Indian case law—Supreme Court and the leading High Courts—for a series of upcoming memoranda. The work is strictly case-law focused; statutes and regulations are outside the current scope unless they directly affect precedent analysis. Here’s what I need from you: • Locate and download authoritative judgments through SCC Online, Google Scholar, free court portals, or any comparable database you already use. • Verify that each case is still “good law,” noting subsequent treatment or overruling. • Synthesise the holdings into concise, well-structured briefs or research notes in Google Docs, complete with proper pin-point citations. • Where useful, translate the key reasoning into simple infographics or flowcharts in Canva so the litigation team can grasp the argument path quickly. I will supply the subject matter, keywords, and any mandatory citation format at kick-off. Accuracy, clarity, and rapid turnaround are essential; I’m building pleadings on top of your summaries, so every quote and reference must be dependable. If you have prior experience dissecting Indian precedents, please share a short sample or portfolio link when you reply.
