I want to assemble a reliable, fully referenced spreadsheet that maps the funding history and publicly available financials of Indian functional food & beverage startups, specifically those working with probiotics and protein/health-snack products. I need a minimum of 20–30 companies. Funding rounds must be captured in detail: stage, announcement date, amount raised (both INR and USD), lead and participating investors, plus post-money valuation whenever it is disclosed. Every data point should link back to its original announcement, press release, or database record. For the financial tab, please pull figures straight from Tofler and note the exact filing link for each year. Record revenue/total income, profit or loss after tax, and EBITDA if it appears in the filings, clearly tagged by financial year. Deliverables (two-tab spreadsheet): • “Funding Rounds” – one row per round, one company per sheet section • “Financials” – each companies own 5 year financial including P&L and Balance sheet Use a consistent, clean format in Excel or Google Sheets so the database is ready for filtering and pivoting. All sources must be verifiable Please keep the research current through the project hand-over date and aim to have the complete file to me within Today ( Amount - 1000)
